Crystal Score is a mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and protected when you use the Crystal Score application.
Crystal Score does not require account registration to play.
The app may process limited information necessary to provide and improve gameplay, such as gameplay progress, in-app settings, device-related technical information, and diagnostics information.
Gameplay progress and app settings are stored locally on the user’s device. Crystal Score does not store personal user data on the developer’s own servers.
The app may use third-party services that can collect information to support app functionality, analytics, crash reporting, and advertising. These services may include:
These third-party providers may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies.
Crystal Score may display ads provided by advertising partners such as Google AdMob. These partners may use device identifiers and similar technologies to provide, personalize, and improve advertising services, subject to their own policies.
In case of an error in the app, technical log data may be collected through third-party tools such as Firebase Crashlytics. This log data may include device name, operating system version, app configuration, time and date of use, and other diagnostic statistics.
Crystal Score itself does not directly use cookies. However, third-party SDKs integrated into the app may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information and improve their services.
Crystal Score does not store or retain personal user data on the developer’s own servers.
Game progress and app settings are stored locally on the user’s device and remain available until they are removed by the user, for example by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
If third-party services such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, or Firebase Crashlytics collect data, that data may be retained by those providers in accordance with their own privacy policies and retention practices.
Because Crystal Score does not maintain user accounts and does not store personal user data on the developer’s own servers, the developer cannot directly delete data stored locally on a user’s device or data retained by third-party providers.
If you want to remove locally stored app data, you can do so by uninstalling the application or clearing the app’s storage through your device settings.
If you believe that a third-party service used by the app has collected personal data and you want that data deleted, you should submit your request directly to the relevant provider according to its privacy policy.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to help protect information processed through the app. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
Crystal Score is not intended to knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If it becomes known that a child under 13 has provided personal information, that information will be deleted as quickly as reasonably possible, where applicable.
You may stop all collection of information by uninstalling the application. You can also manage certain advertising and analytics preferences through your device settings or through controls offered by the relevant third-party providers.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
